Acrhival black and white ink on transparent wax paper to create a bespoke, delicate menu format for any formal affair or gathering.
Tyler Knott Gregson Banner
Poem by Tyler Knott Gregson. All words and iterations are his and his alone, and I have simply transcribed them in calligraphic form. Please visit Tyler’s site, www.tylerknott.com to view more of his work, follow along with his typewriter series, and consider supporting him in his photography or through purchase of his books (I own several and find them infintely beautiful and inspiring).
Jill + Troy Wedding Sign
Hand-lettered chalkboard folding sign for Jill and Troy’s wedding here in Southern California. Custom floral illustrations accompany classic and clean calligraphic lettering to create an elegant, youthful and bespoke sign for their special day.
Jill is such a sweet and dear friend and coworker, and I was so thrilled to get to make this piece for her wedding to Troy. All photography credits go to Emily Saenz Photography!
Free People Catalog
Conceptual catalog for Free People, under the assign of adopting a story line or transition through the pages. I chose “Day to Night” as my tagline for the concept, and aimed to highlight products useful during each section of your day. Stylistically, I chose to combine physical and digital elements to create a scrapbook, organic, handmade vibe. All photography via Free People.
Cecilia Martin Del Campo
Cecilia and I connected after she received a hand-lettered notebook I made as favors for a Lauren Scotii Photography Workshop in LA earlier this year. She wanted to rebrand her visual image and create stationary and graphics that matched her warm, personal and connective style. We looked to moody tones and clean type to represent her blooming photography business, and incorporated custom watercolor patterns in her personalized stationary set.
Peter Thomas Roth Packaging
Conceptual packaging for three individual Peter Thomas Roth skincare packaging. Utilizing soft pastel tones, clean, sans-serif typefaces and carefully arrange text frames, I used minimalist techniques of display design to highlight the clean, simple and elevated nature of these three products and the Peter Thomas Roth brand.
